Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites registered and prequalified firms to submit electronic bids for the supply of cables and conductors. This procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget and targets authorized dealers, manufacturers, and suppliers associated with DISCOs, NTDC, WAPDA, GENCOs, or PPMC. The delivery is free of charge at the GEPCO Warehouse in Wazirabad. Items being procured: - Grounding Conductor 95mm (18500 Mtrs.) - All. Conductor 600mm (1500 Mtrs.) - 1000 MCM Power Cable S/C (7000 Mtrs.) - 500 MCM Power Cable S/C (10000 Mtrs.) - Control Cable 4x2.5mm² (9000 Mtrs.) - Control Cable 8x2.5mm² (2500 Mtrs.) - Control Cable 16x2.5mm² (6500 Mtrs.) - Control Cable 4x6mm² (8500 Mtrs.) The technical scope includes supply of high-quality electrical cables and conductors suitable for power distribution and control applications. The materials must comply with relevant standards and be delivered within 120 days from the purchase order issuance date. Bidders must submit bids through the EPADS v2.0 platform, ensuring all documents, including bid security and technical proposals, are uploaded correctly. The bid security amounts vary per item and must be submitted as per the bidding document instructions. Eligibility requires firms to be registered and prequalified with relevant authorities, possess valid FBR/ATL registration, and have experience supplying similar electrical goods. Bidders must ensure their bids remain valid for 60 days, with bid guarantees valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Only bids accompanied by proper bid security and complete documentation will be considered. The bid opening is scheduled for 30th July 2026 at specified times for each item. Interested bidders should register on EPADS v2.0 before the tender opening date and regularly check the platform for any clarifications. Submission of fresh type test reports from designated laboratories is mandatory; incomplete or missing reports will lead to rejection. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare and upload all required documents on EPADS v2.0 well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
