Supply of Cap Badge Stores for Central Aviation Spares Depot (EME) Rawalpindi

Sealed tender is invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for supply of under mentioned items by Central Aviation Spares Depot (EME) at Qasim Army Aviation Base, Dhamial Camp Rawalpindi. Procurement will be carried out under PPRA rules. Quantity mentioned in tender is approximate requirement for complete financial year, however purchase quantity can be increased or decreased. Being shelf life items, purchase order will be placed in batches/packages in reduced quantity as per immediate requirements/needs. Firms should avoid quoting exorbitant rates. Items being procured: - Cap Badge Stores (detailed list attached as Annexure A & B) Delivery period is 30 days for local stores and 90 days for foreign stores. Quoted rates must be valid up to 30 June 2027. Delivery period should be 1 month for local and 3 months for imported items. Firms with pending deliveries of last financial year will not be allowed to participate. Remaining life of shelf life/life expiry items should be 80% of total life at time of delivery. Only firms registered with Central Aviation Spares Depot or having valid Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance for interaction with Army will be accepted. Technical offer must include tender fees of Rs 3,000 non-refundable per tender and bid security/earnest money amounting to 5% of total bid amount in shape of pay order/bank draft in name of Commandant CASD. Bid security will be returned on delivery of ordered items. Bids must be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked Technical Offer and Commercial Offer as per annexures. This tender is a good opportunity for suppliers with NTN registration and experience in military supply chains. Ensure all documents are complete and bid security is attached to avoid disqualification. Submit bids by 10 September 2026 at 1030 hrs at the specified office in Rawalpindi.
