Tender Description
The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd located in Karachi is procuring Cap Seal for Packing and Counter Sunk Screw 5/16" X 5/8". This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and involves supply of 2000 KG each of Cap Seal and Counter Sunk Screws with mandatory submission of 250 grams sample for each item. The delivery schedule requires 50% delivery within 30 days of contract award and the remaining 50% by December 2026, with the condition that the remaining order may be cancelled at any time as per management decision.
The technical scope includes supply, installation, integration, operational acceptance, training, documentation, and factory and site acceptance tests as per the detailed BOQ and technical specifications. Bidders must provide samples along with their bids; failure to do so will result in immediate rejection. The supplier must comply with PSPC's Code of Conduct and HSE requirements, submitting undertakings accordingly. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
