Supply of Items for Cardiac Surgery, Neonate Ventilators Maintenance, and Dental Consumables at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences Islamabad

Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad, invites bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of PPRA Rules 2004 through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADs) 2.0 portal. The tenders are open to reputed firms with relevant experience, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Items being procured: - Supply of items required for Cardiac Surgery, Electrophysiology and Stroke Management Procedures for PIMS, Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP) and Pakistan Bait-Ul-Mal (PBM) Patients for Financial Year 2026-2027 - Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of Neonate Ventilators (SLE-4000) installed at Critical Area, NICU, PICU & MCH for 3 years - Supply of Dental Material / Consumables items at PIMS for 2 years The scope includes supply and maintenance of critical medical equipment and consumables at PIMS Islamabad, ensuring high standards for patient care in cardiac surgery and neonatal intensive care units. Bidders must submit original CDR and an Undertaking on Judicial Paper in the tender box at Purchase Department PIMS by 11:00 AM on 29-09-2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Only bids submitted through EPADS 2.0 will be entertained; manual bids are not accepted. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with FBR, have relevant experience, and comply with PPRA rules. Earnest money must be submitted as bid security in the name of Executive Director, PIMS. Tender documents (SBDs) are available on EPADS PPRA Website 2.0 and PIMS website.
