Supply of Chicken Dressed, Mutton & Beef Dressed, Bread, Dall Channa and Fire Wood for Pakistan Navy Units at Karachi and Creek Area

Pakistan Navy invites all GST & Income Tax registered firms and suppliers for supply of essential food items to various PN Units located at Karachi and Creek Area. The procurement includes the following items: - Chicken Dressed (66,000 Kg) for Creek Area - Mutton Dressed (95,000 Kg) and Beef Dressed (50,000 Kg) for Creek Area - Bread (300,000 Kg) for Karachi - Dall Channa (320,000 Kg) for Karachi - Fire Wood (1,380,000 Kg) for Creek Area This tender follows the single stage two envelope procedure as per Para 36(b) of PPRA rules 2004. Delivery of items will be arranged by the firms themselves at the respective locations. All participating firms are required to attach earnest money in the form of a pay order favoring COMDEP welfare and improvement fund A/C No 01700103296198 (Meezan Bank) along with their technical quotations. Offers without pay order will not be entertained. Tender forms can be collected during working hours from the Office of the Commander Depot Group (COMDEP) at Naval Stores Sub Depot, West Wharf Road, Karachi. Tender details are also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). Tenders will be received and closed at 1100 hours and opened at 1130 hours on 2nd November 2026 at the COMDEP Office. Interested firms with previous experience in supplying these items are encouraged to apply. Ensure all documentation including GST and Income Tax registration is complete.
