Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites bids for the supply of various civil materials required at its Transmission Headquarters in Faisalabad and multiple sites along the Jhang Branch and A-Leg pipeline locations. This procurement specifically targets the delivery of earth clay, bricks, cement, river sand, crush, and flexible rubber pipes to support ongoing infrastructure and pipeline maintenance projects in Faisalabad and Jhang. The tender number is FST/TE/ 027 /26.
The technical scope includes supply and delivery of earth clay at multiple specified locations along the A-Leg pipeline and Jhang branch crossing sites, totaling over 40,000 cubic feet. Additionally, first-class bricks, fresh OPC cement bags, river sand, crush material, and flexible rubber pipes are required at the Faisalabad Transmission HQ stores. All materials must conform to the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents and be delivered free of charge to the designated SNGPL stores within the stipulated delivery period, generally within 30 days.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and provide valid Sales Tax Registration, NTN, and Professional Tax Clearance certificates for the current financial year. Experience in supplying similar civil materials to large infrastructure projects is preferred. Bidders should submit a firm and irrevocable offer in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all government taxes except sales tax, which should be mentioned separately if applicable. Earnest Money in the form of a Bid Bond is mandatory and must accompany the bid.
The tender was published on 21st April 2026, with bids closing on 14th May 2026 at 15:00 hours. Bids will be publicly opened the same day at 15:30 hours at the Procurement Department, SNGPL Transmission Headquarters, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad. Both original and duplicate bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the tender number and opening date. Late submissions will not be accepted.
A practical tip for bidders: ensure that your bid includes complete technical literature supporting your offered materials and that all bid documents are properly signed and sealed. Any conditional bids or multiple offers under a single tender document will lead to disqualification. Strict adherence to the delivery schedule and quality standards is critical, as substandard materials will be rejected and must be replaced at no cost. This tender offers a significant opportunity for suppliers experienced in civil construction materials to engage with a major national utility in Punjab province.
