The bags are made of coarse cloth (Kora Latha) PC calendared, 76x68/30x30, without patch or joint, composed of 40% cotton and 60% polyester with GSM=120, allowing 3% variation. Bidders must submit their bids including all taxes and on F.O.R basis. The tender requires a bid security of 5% of the estimated price amounting to Rs. 1,775,398 and a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount.
