Supply, Commissioning and Installation of Air Dryer, Blade Welding and Sand Blasting Machine

Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre (KTDMC) invites electronic bids from eligible and registered bidders for the supply, commissioning, and installation of specialized industrial equipment in Karachi. This procurement is for the financial year ending June 30, 2027, and aims to enhance the operational capacity of KTDMC with modern machinery. Items being procured: - Air Dryer (Refrigerant Type Air Dryer) - 1 Set - Blade Welding Machine (Semi Automatic) - 1 Set - Sand Blasting Machine (Cabinet Type) - 1 Set The scope includes complete supply, commissioning, and installation of the above equipment within 17 weeks after issuance of the purchase order. The Air Dryer must be refrigerant type with R407C, air-cooled, and capable of handling 6-10 m3/min flow rate. The Blade Welding Machine should support butt or flash butt welding for bimetal band saw blades with thickness 0.5 to 1.3mm. The Sand Blasting Machine must have a cabin size approximately 800x500x500 mm, with standard accessories including rotary table, cyclone, blower, and LED lamp. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR, and meet the qualification criteria specified in the bidding documents. A 5% bid security in the form of bank draft/pay order in favor of Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre is required. The bidding procedure follows Single Stage One Envelope as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 2nd September 2026 at 10:30 am.
