Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy is inviting sealed bids from reputed GST and professional registered firms or contractors for the supply of conservancy services. This procurement is specifically for the Greater PNAD Area including Abbas Shaheed SRE in Karachi for the financial year 2026-27 on a daily basis. The scope of work includes collection of garbage and cleaning of the designated area, requiring firms to provide a complete profile of their available machinery and manpower to ensure efficient service delivery.
Interested bidders can collect tender documents from the office of the SSO (CW) to MDWA upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 during office hours from 0900 to 1400 hrs before the closing date of 02 July 2026. The tender offers must reach the Managing Director Weapons & Ammunition Depot at PNAD Mauripur, Hub River Road, Karachi by 02 July 2026 at 1000 hrs. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1030 hrs in the MDWA conference room.
Eligibility criteria include being a GST-registered firm with a professional profile demonstrating relevant experience in conservancy services. Firms should be prepared to submit Earnest Money or CDR as per tender requirements and must be registered with FBR and ATL. Experience in similar contracts and availability of adequate machinery and manpower will be critical for evaluation.
The submission deadline is strictly 02 July 2026, and bids received after this time will not be entertained. The contact number for further information is 021-48509504. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all documentation, including machinery details and manpower profiles, is complete and clearly presented in the technical bid to avoid disqualification during the initial evaluation stage.
