Supply of Consumable Food Items for Family Protection & Rehabilitation Centre for Women Islamabad

The Ministry of Human Rights invites bids through EPADS 2.0 version from firms/entities having a representative office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi registered with the Government. The procurement is for the Family Protection & Rehabilitation Centre for Women Islamabad for the financial year 2026-27. The items to be supplied include consumable food items such as Dry Food Items, Dairy Products, Vegetables, Fruits, Meat like Chicken, Beef, Mutton, Fish, Mince, baking material, and any other food items. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and included in the Active Tax Payers List of FBR. Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Earnest Money (Bid Security) equivalent to 5% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of DDO, Family Protection & Rehabilitation Centre for Women Islamabad. The Bid Security must be sealed in a small envelope or produced in original at the time of bid opening. Bids shall be valid for the financial year 2026-27. In case of unsuccessful tenders, Earnest Money will be released within a fortnight, and for successful bidders, it will be released upon furnishing performance security. The vendor will be responsible for any market fluctuations and no change will be made in the decided rates. Blacklisted firms and bidders cannot participate. The successful bidder is bound to supply fresh and hygienic food items without compromise on quality. Unsatisfactory items will be returned. Delivery will be at the doorstep of the Centre using the bidder's own transportation, even during holidays and 24/7. The competent authority reserves the right to terminate the contract if items are found sub-standard or un-hygienic. Interested firms may apply through EPADS with the subject 'TENDER FOR FOOD ITEMS 2026-27' within 16 days from the date of publication. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of representatives/bidders.
