The bidder must have at least two years of experience in supplying and installing similar equipment. Payment will be made after satisfactory delivery, installation, and commissioning, supported by an end-user report.
Bidders must submit complete and signed bidding documents, including technical specifications and financial offers, with no alterations. Imported equipment requires additional certifications such as OEM certificates, CE or ISO marks, certificates of origin, and performance guarantees. Late or incomplete bids, or those lacking required documents, will be rejected. The tender committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to request demonstrations or site visits.
The tender opening will be held publicly with authorized representatives allowed to attend. The evaluation committee will scrutinize bids for compliance and may finalize one or more suppliers based on rates and specifications. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their submissions to avoid disqualification. The successful vendor must complete delivery within four weeks for local items and twelve weeks for imported items, with possible extensions only upon valid justification.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents, especially bid security and technical certifications, are complete and properly attached to avoid rejection. Also, attending the tender opening with an authorized representative familiar with the bid details can be advantageous for immediate clarifications.
