Supply of Control Panels for Access Control System at SBP Banking Services Corporation

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC) (General Services Department) in Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Control Panels for Access Control System. Items being procured: - Supply of 3 Nos. Access Control Panels with two years warranty The Access Control Panels include 2-4 door controllers expandable to four doors with expansion boards, power supply modules, and all electronics secured under NEMA casing with secure key lock. The panels feature 32-bit ARM Cortex MCU, support for 100,000 users and events, multiple reader and communication ports, and enhanced security functions such as anti-pass back, duress mode, and forced door open alerts. The power supply is regulated DC with over-voltage and short-circuit protection. The system is compatible with IDTECK standard series software and readers. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be OEMs or authorized agents, have supplied similar equipment to at least three verifiable organizations in the last five years, maintain a minimum annual turnover of PKR 3 million, and have at least one trained technician for maintenance.
