Supply of Cooked Food Items for Elite Force Police Training Centre Nowshera

Elite Force Police Department invites sealed tenders for the supply and provision of cooked food items to all trainees at Elite Police Training Centre Hakimabad Nowshera. This procurement applies to police personnel arriving for any type of trainees of provincial police units on a per person per day basis for the financial year 2026-27, following the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Cooked food items including Breakfast, Lunch, Tea, Snacks, and Dinner daily as per approved menu. The scope includes supplying hygienic and standard quality meals daily according to the approved menu and scale. Bidders must provide original bidding documents and all registrations and tax invoices; photocopies will not be accepted. Tender documents, mess menu, scale, and other information can be obtained from the Accountant Elite Force CPO Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar during office hours before 16th November 2026. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with Income Tax Department (NTN), Sales Tax Department, and active Professional Tax Certificate. Bidders must submit 2% Earnest Money amounting to Rs. 200,000 in the form of Bank Drafts favoring the Deputy Commandant Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Upon acceptance, a security deposit of 10% of the total contract value is required via Bank Draft. The successful bidder must also deposit a performance security of 10% amounting to Rs. 1,000,000 and sign the contract agreement within the prescribed period. The contract is valid until 30.06.2027, with security refundable upon successful completion of the financial year. Payment will be made after receiving and passing bills from the Accountant General Office Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar and subject to fund availability and inspection committee clearance. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per KPPRA Rules 47. Tenders must be submitted via E-PAD (scan copy) and original hard copy in two sealed envelopes to the office of Deputy Commandant Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at Central Police Office (CPO) Peshawar before the closing date. The tender opening will be held on 24th November 2026 at 11:00 hours in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and intending bidders.
