Supply of Fresh Food and Dry Food Items for National Institute of Public Administration Lahore

National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced Income Tax & GST registered firms, companies, or sole proprietors who are on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for General Sales Tax and Income Tax of FBR. The procurement is for the supply of fresh food and dry food items required for NIPA's office located at 78-Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam (Upper Mall), opposite State Guest House, Lahore. Items being procured: - Fresh Food Items - Dry Food Items The procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004. Bidders must comply with the technical specifications and terms and conditions detailed in the tender documents, including Annex-A. The supply must ensure uninterrupted delivery throughout the financial year as and when required by NIPA. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR, inclusion on the ATL, and submission of bid security (Earnest Money) at 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft, or CDR in favor of Director General, NIPA Lahore. Bids must be complete, unambiguous, and submitted within the stipulated deadline. The tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Purchase Orders will be issued to the technically responsive and most advantageous bidders after approval by the competent authority. NIPA reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as per PPRA rules.
