National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) Karachi Office invites E-bids through EPADS 2.0 single stage-one envelope bidding procedure for the supply of lunch meals packed in boxes to NESPAK Karachi offices on working days only. The procurement is specifically for catering contractors, vendors, or firms registered with the Income Tax Department, active on the Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and holding a valid license from the Sindh Food Authority to supply good quality hygienic food to NESPAK employees at Karachi Office. Items being procured: - Lunch meal packed in boxes for NESPAK Karachi offices on working days The scope includes providing hygienic and quality food items daily at the NESPAK Karachi office premises located at 13th Floor, NICL Building, Abbasi Shaheed Road, Off Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi. Bidders must ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards as per Sindh Food Authority regulations. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with Income Tax Department, active FBR Taxpayers List status, Sindh Food Authority license, and submission of Bid Security amounting to Rs. 25,000/- in the form of demand draft, pay order, or CDR from any scheduled bank in Pakistan favoring National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS 2.0 portal on or before 1100 hours on November 12, 2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. NESPAK reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 45.
