Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpur (AJK BISE) invites sealed bids from registered firms, dealers, resellers, authorized partners, and IT firms for the supply of printers and related accessories. This procurement is conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2017, using a single stage single envelope procedure. The bidding documents can be obtained by submitting a written application to the Secretary AJK BISE along with a non-refundable payment of Rs. 2,400 per set via AJK BISE Online Challan or other approved payment methods including bank mobile apps, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Mobile App, or HBL Konnect.
Items being procured:
- Copy Printer (Quantity: 2)
- A3 Drum (Quantity: 2 units)
- Ink (Quantity: 200 liters)
- Master Roll (Quantity: 20)
- Exchange Roller Kit (Quantity: 4 sets)
- Pressure Roller (Quantity: 4)
Detailed specifications are provided in the bidding documents. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a CDR amounting to Rs. 1,000,000 (One Million) in favor of the Secretary Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpur, valid for 120 days from the tender opening date. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to participate. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes. Only CDRs will be accepted as bid security; other forms will be rejected. Participating firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Taxes and cess will be charged as per AJK rules at the time of payment. Bids not complying with PPRA rules will be rejected.
Sealed bids must be delivered to the undersigned before 11:00 am on 03-09-2026. Bids will be opened at 12:30 pm on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. This tender notice is also available on www.ajkppra.gov.pk and www.ajkbise.net.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your CDR is valid for at least 120 days from the tender opening date and that your firm is active on the ATL to avoid disqualification. Timely submission before the deadline is critical to participate in the bid process.
