Tender Description
Pakistan Railways Central Support Force Directorate, headquartered in Lahore, is procuring crushed stone aggregate specifically for the CSF Sukkur site. This procurement is part of their ongoing infrastructure maintenance and development efforts in Sukkur, Sindh. The tender calls for the supply of 180,000 metric tons of crushed stone aggregate, which is essential for road and civil works at the CSF Sukkur facility.
The technical scope includes the delivery of high-quality crushed stone aggregate suitable for road construction and maintenance. The material must meet the required specifications to ensure durability and performance in the railway infrastructure. The procurement process is managed through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Eligible bidders must be registered manufacturers, suppliers, or contractors with valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registrations and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Experience in supplying similar materials to large infrastructure projects will be advantageous. The tender security and bid submission must comply with the terms outlined in the bidding documents.
The tender closing date is set for 11th June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening shortly after at 11:30 AM. Bidders should submit their bids physically in the tender box at the Managing Director CSF office in Lahore and upload scanned copies on EPADS before the deadline. The bidding procedure follows a single-stage, one-envelope system.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all bid documents, including the Earnest Money and CDR, are complete and submitted on time through EPADS. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected. Familiarity with the EPADS portal and early preparation of technical and financial bids can significantly improve the chances of success in this competitive tender.
