Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy invites sealed quotations from well reputed registered firms and suppliers for the supply of cultural items and souvenirs for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is managed by the Pakistan Navy Headquarters located in Islamabad, ensuring a centralized and official sourcing process.
The scope of this tender includes the provision of various cultural items and souvenirs, which are essential for official and ceremonial purposes within the Navy. Suppliers are expected to provide quality products that meet the standards required by the department. The quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the word Quotation and the firmβs name, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with procurement protocols.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with the Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP) or the Pakistan Navy. This ensures that only qualified and authorized suppliers participate. No advance payments will be made, and prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees.
The last date for submission of quotations is 4th June 2026 by 11:00 AM at the Naval Headquarters, Sector E-9, Islamabad. The tender opening will take place on the same day at 12:00 PM. Interested bidders should ensure timely delivery of their bids to avoid disqualification.
