Eligibility criteria require firms to provide valid copies of MD CNIC, registration with DGDP, valid MoH product registration, DRAP drug manufacturing license, export/import license if applicable, DGDP financial capability letter or bank statement, NTN and sales tax registration certificates, and certificates regarding market share and reliability. Payment terms include a PKR 2000 deposit for both registered and unregistered firms. Bidders must submit earnest money as per quoted value percentages depending on firm registration status.
