Supply of Drinking Mineral/Bottled Water at SBP Banking Services Corporation Lahore

The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) Lahore invites electronic bids from suppliers, contractors, and service providers registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal system (EPADS). Bidders must have Income & Sales Tax registration and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Items being procured: - Drinking Mineral/Bottled Water for SBP Banking Services Corporation Lahore during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement involves supply of bottled mineral water to meet the needs of SBP BSC Lahore. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. The e-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk/. A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM via Zoom Meeting Application. Meeting ID and Password are provided in the bidding documents. Prospective bidders can also obtain these credentials by emailing lhr-gsu@sbp.org.pk. All electronic bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or Payment Order amounting to Rs. 50,000/- in favor of SBP BSC. Scanned copies of the Bid Security must be uploaded on EPADS. The original bid security must be submitted to the procuring agency before the bid submission deadline, failing which the bid will be rejected. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS on or before Monday, August 31, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM in public and in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the bid submission address. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on EPADS and to carefully follow all instructions in the bidding documents to avoid disqualification.
