Tender Description
Naseer Ullah Khan Babar Memorial Hospital in Peshawar is procuring a comprehensive range of medical and hospital-related items along with canteen services for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is managed under the KP-EPADS system and follows the KPPRA Rules 2014. The hospital invites bids from firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and possessing valid registrations.

The procurement is divided into two procedures: Serial No. 1 to 3 through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure and Serial No. 4 to 16 through Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. The scope covers supply of medicines, surgical and anesthesia items, dental chemicals, washing and bedding items, stationery, printing, lab reagents, minor civil works, and canteen services on rent. The canteen service bidder must have relevant experience in food quality and delivery services and will be awarded on a monthly rent basis for one year.
Eligibility requires firms to be registered with FBR and KPRA, possess valid registrations, and submit original bid security and documents before the closing date. Quoted rates remain valid until 30 June 2027. The hospital reserves the right to inspect the canteen and terminate contracts for unsatisfactory performance.
The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-08-04 at 11:00 AM in the hospital conference hall. Bids must be submitted electronically via KP-EPADS before the closing date of 2026-08-11. Manual bids will not be accepted.
