Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), Karachi invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) on a DDP basis excluding GST. This tender is for the local purchase of Drugs, Medicines, Surgical Consumables, Disposables, Medical Devices and Allied Items as per SPP Rule-46(1) using the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Locally Manufactured Drugs / Medicines / Contrast Media & Allied Items - Imported Drugs / Medicines / Contrast Media & Allied Items - Surgical / Consumables / Disposables / Medical Devices & Allied Items Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Interested bidders should register on the EPADS portal at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration for bid submission. The tender fee is Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable). Bid security must be at least 1% of the estimated tender value for each category, with Rs. 500,000/- required for each category listed. The tender fee and bid security must be submitted to the Procurement Directorate at Central Warehouse, Dow University of Health Sciences (Ojha Campus), SUPARCO Road, off Main University Road, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Scheme No. 33, Karachi before the bid opening. The deadline for bid submission is 03 November 2026 at 11:00 Hrs, with bid opening at 11:30 Hrs the same day. Eligibility requires registration on the FBR/SRB active taxpayers list and compliance with SPP rules. Bidders intending to submit proposals for multiple categories must provide aggregated bid security as a single instrument.
