The technical scope requires all items to be brand new, conforming to specifications, with certificates of origin and warranty as applicable. Original branded items are mandatory for breakers, contactors, and cables. Delivery is scheduled till June 30, 2027, with work orders issued periodically within the contract period. A defect liability period of one year applies with 10% of each bill amount retained until satisfactory completion.
