Supply of Electrical Items for FESCO Faisalabad E-Bids V2.0

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites E-Bids V2.0 from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the Year 2026-27 along with up-to-date registration active PRA on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis under single stage – single envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 amended up to date. Items being procured: - Construction, Shifting, Erection & Stringing of 132KV D/C T/Line F/F 132KV G/S Sialwali (Section-II) 2.394 C6 with specialization Code EE-05 - Survey of 132KV T/Line Jauharabad – Quaidabad in & out at 132KV G/S Nowshera 6th with specialization Code CE-10 The scope includes supply and installation of electrical items for 132KV lines, including construction, shifting, erection, and stringing works. The project requires contractors with PEC category C6 or above and specialization codes EE-05 and CE-10. Bidders must be active taxpayers and provide income tax returns for the last three years. Average annual turnover should be half of the amount mentioned against the work during the last three years certified from an audited financial statement. Bid security must be submitted as Cash or Cash Equivalents equal to 10% of contract value. The bids will be opened at the office of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad. Tender documents must be submitted online on the FESCO e-procurement portal by the deadline. Original bid security (Call Deposit Receipt) must be submitted one day before opening of E-Bids and original bid must be submitted to the office of Project Director GSC before the online submission deadline. The tender opening dates are 06.11.26 at 11:30 AM and 01:30 PM respectively for the two tenders. Completion period for the first tender is 30 days and for the second tender is 15 days.
