Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority, hold valid General Sales Tax (GST) Registration, and have completed contracts worth more than 40% of the quoted cost. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order amounting to 10% of the contract value is required.
