Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites electronic bids through its EPADS 2.0 portal for the supply of various electrical items as part of its Annual Procurement Plan for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes a detailed list of electrical poles, conductors, and meters required for power distribution and metering in Multan city, Punjab. Items being procured: - SPG Poles without Grounding Bolts & Templates (11 Nos each) - Bolts & Templates for SPG pole (11 Nos) - Bolts for SPA type poles 03-No. Nuts (120 Nos) - Bolts for SPD type poles 03-No. Nuts (100 Nos) - Bolts for SPG type poles 03-No. Nuts (84 Nos) - Templates for SPA type poles with 240 Nos. washer (2 Nos) - Templates for SPD type poles with 200 Nos. washer (1 No) - Templates for SPG type poles with 168 Nos. washer (4 Nos) - Lynx Conductor (444 KM) - Rail Conductor (350 KM) - 3 Phase 4-wire KWH meters (5Amp) cl. 0.5 (74 Nos) - 3 Phase 4-wire KWH meters (5Amp) cl. 0.2 for T/Line (50 Nos) - Digital Power Factor Meter for 11KV Switchgears (24 Nos) - Clip on meter AC/DC (0-20A) (21 Nos) - Clip on meter AC/DC (0-1000A) (10 Nos) - Clip on Earth resistance test meter (2 Nos) - Clip on Meters for Measurement of AC Current (50 mAmp-200 Amp) & DC Current (50 mAmp-100Amp) (16 Nos) The technical scope covers supply of high-quality electrical poles, conductors, and metering equipment suitable for power distribution networks. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS 2.0 portal and comply with PPRA Rules-2004 (Amended to date). Bid security amounts are specified for each lot and must be submitted in acceptable forms such as Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Guarantee issued by scheduled banks in Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically before the prescribed closing dates and times. The tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Chief Engineer (Development) PMU MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan. Tender validity is 120 days after opening, and bid security must remain valid for 150 days.
