Dawood University of Engineering and Technology (DUET), Karachi, invites sealed bids for the procurement of a CCTV surveillance system for its main campus. Items being procured: - Procurement of CCTV surveillance system for DUET main campus (Estimated Cost: 16.814 Million PKR) The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a comprehensive CCTV surveillance system. The system must cover all critical areas of the main campus, with high-resolution cameras, recording equipment, and necessary accessories. Bidders are expected to provide a complete solution, including hardware, software, cabling, and integration with existing security infrastructure. The project requires adherence to DUET's technical specifications and compliance with relevant standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) for Sales Tax on Services and must fulfill all requirements under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended 2019). Firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and possess relevant experience in similar projects. Earnest Money of 860,700 PKR in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory.
