Supply of Electronics and Electrical Consumables

The Pak-Austria Fachhochschule Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (PAF-IAST) located in Haripur invites sealed bids through EPADS only for the supply of Electronics and Electrical Consumables under the single lot for the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Items being procured: - Electrical and Electronics Consumables with quantity and specifications mentioned in detailed specifications. This procurement covers a comprehensive range of electrical and electronic consumables required by the department. The tender document includes detailed instructions, definitions, background of the consumables, general terms and conditions, special terms, submission procedures, bid opening, and evaluation criteria. These documents are available electronically free of cost from the university website http://www.paf-iast.edu.pk and the EPADS-KPPRA website www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Eligible bidders must be registered and duly recognized in Pakistan, registered with FBR, and possess Manufacturer's status or Distributor/Dealer status with authorization from the Manufacturer or Principal specific to this tender. Bidders should have sufficient financial, technical, and human resources to complete the contract within the prescribed time limit after finalization with PAF-IAST. The earnest money amounting to 2% of the bid value in the form of CDR must be submitted to the Procurement Office at Pak Austria Fachhochschule Institute of Applied Sciences, Khanpur Road, Mang, Haripur before the online submission deadline. A tender fee of Rs 1000 is also required; otherwise, the bid will not be opened. Bids must be submitted using EPADS on or before Wednesday 19 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders. The procurement will be executed in accordance with KPPRA Rule 6(2)a Single Stage, Single Envelope Procedure.
