Supply and Erection of Stringing Work for 66/132KV DIC T/Lines and Construction of No.1 No. Cat-IV & 03 No. Cat-V Residences with Allied Civil Works at 132KV G/S Shrimp Estate Sargodha

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites E-Bids V2.0 from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the year 2026-27 with up-to-date registration active PRA on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis under single stage – single envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 amended up to date. Items being procured: - Erection & allied stringing work for upraising of 66/132KV DIC T/Lines within the Metro Bus Project Corridor Jaranwala Road (Deposit Work) with BOQ cost Rs. 1.560 Million - Construction of 01 No. Cat-IV & 03 No. Cat-V Residences along with allied civil works at 132KV G/S Shrimp Estate Sargodha (Deposit Work) with BOQ cost Rs. 23.926 Million The bidders must be registered with PEC under category C6 with specialization code EE-05 for the first work and EE-10 for the second. The contractor must provide a Pakistan Engineering Council Certificate renewed for the year 2026-27 with the required specialization code. The bidder must be a registered contractor with WAPDA / NTDC / DISCOs and have completed at least 40% of the estimated/BOQ cost successfully as main contractor within ten years. The bidder must be active tax payer (ATL) and provide Income Tax Returns for the last three years. Registration for Sales Tax with Punjab Revenue Authority is mandatory. The bidder should have an average annual turnover of half the amount mentioned against works during the last three years certified from an audited financial statement. Bid security of 10% of contract value in the form of Cash or Cash Equivalents is required. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to 5% on BOQ amount in favor of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad. Bids shall be uploaded on E-PADS and original bid security in an envelope clearly marked with Tender No. and title shall be submitted in the office of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad one day before opening of E-Bids, failing which the E-Bids shall be rejected. Bid security shall be valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. The bid shall be valid for 150 days. The bids will be opened at the office of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad. In case of unforeseen holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. Tender rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words. Tender documents should be stamped and signed. A certificate will also be submitted with bid documents mentioning that the tender documents consist of page No.1 to pages. FESCO reserves all its rights regarding rejection of tenders without providing any justification as defined in Clause-33(1) of PPRA Rules-2004 amendment up to 2022. One practical tip: Ensure your PEC registration and specialization codes are fully updated and valid for the year 2026-27 before submitting your bid to avoid disqualification.
