Construction of Boundary Wall for Losar Dumpsite

Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from well reputed manufacturers, companies, authorized distributors, dealers, and contractors registered with the Income Tax Department for the construction of a boundary wall for the Losar Dumpsite in Rawalpindi. The bidding process will be conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under rule 38(2-a) of PPR-14. Bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped, and in complete conformity with the bidding documents. Submission of bids is online through the EPADS portal. Technical bids will be opened online on the closing date in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
