Supply and Fabrication of Containers and Dustbins

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Gadezai Buner is procuring supply and fabrication services for containers and dustbins to support municipal waste management efforts in Buner. This procurement is open to manufacturers and fabricators registered with the FBR and KPRA, reflected on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL). Items being procured: - Supply and fabrication of Container complete in all respects, 23 Nos - Supply and fabrication of Dustbins complete in all respects, 15 Nos The technical scope includes full fabrication and supply of containers and dustbins as per specifications provided in the bid solicitation documents. These items are essential for improving waste collection infrastructure in the area. Bidders must ensure compliance with quality standards and provide a one-year warranty covering replacement or repair of the goods supplied. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR and KPRA, possess NTN and Tax Payer certificates, and submit a bid security of 2% of the quoted rate in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of TMO TMA Gadezai. Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected. The procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. The opening of bids will occur the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
