Supply of Feed for the Livestock in Major Parks of Horticulture Agency Lahore

The Horticulture Agency Lahore is inviting bids from well reputed and financially sound firms, distributors, dealers, and general order suppliers registered with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax where applicable. The procurement is for the supply of feed for livestock in major parks managed by the agency in Lahore city. Items being procured: - Hog Deer (8 total: 3 in Gulshan Iqbal Park, 5 in National Bank Park) - Peacock (6 total: 2 in Gulshan Iqbal Park, 4 in National Bank Park) - Turkey (19 total: all in National Bank Park) - Geese / Murgabi / Small Ducks (110 total: 10 in Gulshan Iqbal Park, 100 in National Bank Park) - Guinea Fowl / Chakoor (30 total: all in National Bank Park) - White Ducks (69 total: 25 in Gulshan Iqbal Park, 44 in National Bank Park) - Total animals/birds in each park: 40 in Gulshan Iqbal Park, 202 in National Bank Park, 242 overall. The technical scope includes supplying the complete required livestock feed as per the bidding documents and quantities specified. Feed must be delivered to designated sites within Lahore under the direction of the Project Director of the respective parks. The procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure. The successful bidder must have a qualified or licensed Veterinary Doctor on their panel to ensure compliance with animal health standards. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and relevant tax authorities, financial soundness, and experience in similar supply contracts. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security (CDR) amounting to Rs. 49,930. The bids will be accepted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal.
