Tender Description
The Livestock Research and Development Station Swabi invites reputable firms and suppliers registered with FBR for GST and Income Tax (Active Tax Payer KPPRA) to participate in the supply of Feed Mill Ingredients and animal feed stuff for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Livestock Research & Development Station Swabi, Director Lower, and Veterinary Research Institute Peshawar. Items being procured:
- Wheat straw
- Silage (maize)
- Wanda CP (17-20%)
- Green Fodder
- Feed ingredients for laboratory animals feed
The procurement covers feed mill ingredients and animal feed stuff essential for livestock research and development activities. The supplies will support the nutritional requirements of laboratory animals and livestock under the regular budget for the fiscal year 2026-27. Bidders must ensure compliance with the technical specifications and terms and conditions available on EPADS, KPPRA website, and the department website. The tender follows a single stage, single envelope procedure. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting scheduled for 30th July 2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Director, Livestock Research & Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, to clarify any queries.
Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR for GST/Income Tax and active KPPRA tax payer status. Bidders should also be prepared to submit earnest money in the form of CDR as specified: 100,000 PKR fixed for LR&DS Swabi and Director Lower, and 50,000 PKR fixed for VRI Peshawar. The technical bid opening will be held on 11th August 2026 at 11:00 AM for LR&DS Director Lower, 11:30 AM for LR&DS Swabi, and 12:00 PM for VRI Peshawar. All bids must be uploaded on the EPAD system, and original CDRs must reach the office by registered post or by hand before the submission deadline.
