Supply of Flowering Trees and Plantation Material for Plantation Along Roads by Horticulture Agency Lahore

The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites e-Bids from well reputed nurseries with relevant work experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax departments. The procurement is for the supply of flowering trees and other plantation material for plantation along roads under the jurisdiction of Horticulture Agency Lahore. Items being procured: - Supply of flowering trees - Other plantation material for plantation along roads The procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding on an item-wise basis via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). The successful bidder must supply the items at the site of Horticulture Agency Lahore head office within the stipulated time period mentioned in the purchase order. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened as per PPRA rules. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the tender or increase/decrease the required quantity by 15% without justification. Bidders must provide a Performance Guarantee/Security up to 10% of the work order amount in the form of a CDR in favor of the Managing Director, Horticulture Agency Lahore if the bid is quoted more than 5% below the estimated amount. This security will be released after successful completion of work; otherwise, it will be forfeited.
