Tender Description

The Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro, is procuring food and refreshment items for conducting the Computerized Pre-Admission Entry Test for the academic session 2026-27 (26th Batch) at MUET Jamshoro. This procurement is specific to the university located in Jamshoro, Sindh, and involves supplying fresh and hygienic food items as per approved samples. The scope includes daily delivery of items such as cold mineral water, tissue papers, disposable cups, tea, biscuits, and the setup of canopies with tables, chairs, and pedestal fans at the university premises. The contract duration is one month from the written order of commencement. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as active taxpayers and Sindh Revenue Board where applicable, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Bidders should have at least five years of experience providing similar services to universities or large organizations and demonstrate a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 3 million over the past five years, supported by bank statements.
