Supply of Fresh Water Bowzers and Furniture for Community Center at PNS Qasim Karachi

The Military Engineer Services (Navy) COMCOAST office at PNS Karsaz Karachi invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms up to 19 October 2026 by 1500 hours. Following pre-qualification, tenders are to be submitted by 26 October 2026 at 1130 hours and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. The works involve supply of fresh water through Bowzers to various locations including Kharo Chan at 33rd Creeks Battalion, S-16 at 33rd Creeks Battalion, Tactical HQ at 33rd Creeks Battalion, and Saleh Doro Post at 32nd Creeks Battalion. Additionally, provision of furniture for the construction of a community center for Marine at PNS Qasim is included. Items being procured: - Supply of fresh water through Bowzers to Kharo Chan at 33rd Creeks BN - Supply of fresh water through Bowzers S-16 at 33rd Creeks BN - Supply of fresh water through Bowzers to Tactical HQ at 33rd Creeks BN - Supply of fresh water through Bowzers to Saleh Doro Post at 32nd Creeks BN - Provision of furniture for construction of community center for Marine at PNS Qasim The scope covers supply and delivery of potable water via bowzers to specified military locations and furnishing works for a community center. Eligible firms must be on the approved list 'D' of MES contractors or other government departments with relevant experience. Valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration and bank statements are mandatory. Contractors not on the MES approved list must provide financial standing proof, staff and equipment details, and past work experience attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer. Earnest money of 2% of estimated cost is required from non-approved contractors in the form of FDR or Deposit At Call pledged to CMES (Navy) COMCOAST. Incomplete applications will be rejected. Bidders should carefully prepare their technical and financial bids, ensuring all required documentation is complete and submitted before the deadline. The CMES (Navy) COMCOAST reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons but will communicate grounds for rejection upon request.
