Supply of Fresh Water Cooler and Rubber Fender

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KSEW) invites qualified suppliers to submit their bids for the supply of Fresh Water Cooler and Rubber Fender on free delivery basis at KSEW, Karachi. This procurement is managed by the Purchase Department of KSEW located at West Wharf, Karachi. The tender process follows a Single Stage (Two Envelope) Bidding method requiring separate Technical and Commercial offers. Items being procured: - Fresh Water Cooler (02 Pieces) - Rubber Fender (48 Pieces) The Fresh Water Cooler must comply with the attached KSEW specifications and OEM warranty is mandatory. The delivery period for the cooler is 20 days after issuance of the purchase order. The Rubber Fender must be made of natural and EPDM material, with length specified in Table 1.1 without joints, and accompanied by a laboratory test report. Delivery period for the fender is 15 days after purchase order issuance. Both items require supplier warranty for 12 months in addition to OEM warranty. Suppliers must ensure that all materials are brand new and genuine. NTN and GST numbers must be mentioned in the offer. Offers showing multiple prices or brands for the same item will be rejected. Earnest money of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a Pay Order is required with the offer. Security deposit of 5% of the ordered value will be required from the successful bidder within 7 days after offer opening. The tender validity must be at least 60 days from the date of commercial/financial opening. Tender documents can be purchased from the Procurement Department at KSEW for Rs. 2,000 each. Bidders outside Karachi may obtain documents via courier. Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and reach the office by 10:00 am on 12-08-2026. Opening will be at 11:00 am the same day in public. Eligibility includes compliance with KSEW specifications, valid NTN/GST registration, OEM warranty, and supplier warranty. Firms must attach the Supplier Warranty Form duly signed and stamped. Integrity Pact is required for contracts over Rs. 10 million.
