Tender Description
The Relief, Rehabilitation and Settlement Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is procuring furniture and communication equipment specifically for the Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue-1122) based in Peshawar. This procurement is conducted under a Framework Contracting Arrangement as per KPPRA Rules 2014, allowing call-off orders during the contract period based on actual requirements.
The technical scope includes supply of various furniture items and communication devices meeting the detailed specifications outlined in the Bidding Solicitation Documents. The procurement covers multiple lots, and bidders may apply for any single or all lots as per their capacity. The delivery and quality standards are critical to support the operational efficiency of Rescue-1122.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, and comply with all eligibility criteria specified in the bidding documents. Bid security of PKR 1.0 Million per lot is mandatory in the form prescribed by KPPRA rules. The procurement follows a Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure, requiring separate technical and financial bids.
Key dates include a Pre-Bid Meeting on 30th April 2026 at 11:00 AM at the department's committee room. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) by 11th May 2026 at 3:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely electronic submission through E-PADS as any bid not submitted electronically will be considered non-responsive. Additionally, submitting a hard copy to the Incharge Procurement Cell is required for evaluation and record purposes.
