Supply of Furniture and Fixtures for Clean Drinking Water Project

The Planning & Development Department invites bids for the supply of furniture and fixtures under the Clean Drinking Water for All UCs project. This procurement is specifically for the provision of furniture and fixtures, with a total of 9 items to be supplied. Items being procured: - Furniture & Fixtures (Total Item(s) Count: 9) The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 1,000,000 in the previous 3 years, and a turnover of at least PKR 900,000 in 2 subsequent previous years. Presence in the Active Taxpayer List and possession of a Sales Tax Certificate is mandatory. Joint ventures are not permissible. Samples of furniture and fixtures along with all other items must be shown to the Procurement Committee to ensure quality. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned from the date of publication until 10 August 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 10 August 2026 till 09:30 AM, with tender opening scheduled on the same day at 10:30 AM at the office of the undersigned. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% from a scheduled bank. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
