Supply of Furniture Items for VC Secretariat at Government College University Faisalabad

Government College University Faisalabad invites sealed tenders from reputed firms/suppliers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the supply of furniture items to be delivered at the VC Secretariat, GCUF, Faisalabad. Items being procured: - Furniture Items for VC Secretariat The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure covering technical and financial bids. Bidders must submit a Digital Bid Security through the BOP online security submission portal introduced by PPRA Punjab in the name of Treasurer, Government College University Faisalabad. Incomplete or unsigned bids, or those without bid security, will be rejected. Firms must provide valid Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration Certificates, CNIC, and other required documents as per tender documents. Blacklisted firms will not be considered. Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) via the PPRA website before the closing time. The tender opening will be held on 3rd September 2026 at 11:30 hours, with bids closing at 11:00 hours the same day. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without assigning reasons, as per PPRA rules.
