Firms must submit 3 tender samples along with material samples on the technical opening date. Eligibility criteria include possession of NTN certificate, registration certificates from Directorate General Defence Purchase and Sales Tax Department, proof of go down, financial capability undertaking, CNIC of MD, bank statement for last year, and certificates proving no blacklisting or default. Experience with government or semi-government organizations and details of property/assets are also required. Non-manufacturing firms or agents must provide verifiable certificates or agency agreements. An original challan form No 32-A for Rs. 2000/- must be deposited in government treasury.
