Supply of Generic Consumable Items and Stationery for Service Delivery Outlets

The Population Welfare Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites online bids through SPPRA EPADS from authorized manufacturers or their distributors registered with the Directorate of Sales Tax & Income Tax/SRB. The procurement is for supplying store items to service delivery outlets across Karachi. Items being procured: - Generic Consumable Items - Stationery This tender covers the supply of essential consumables and stationery required for the department’s operational needs. The scope includes delivery to designated service outlets ensuring timely availability of these items. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and demonstrate capability to supply quality goods in the required quantities. The tender documents are available online on the SPPRA EPADS portal and must be submitted electronically along with Earnest Money and supporting documents. The original bid security in the form of a pay order at 2.5% of the total bid value must be delivered to the Deputy Director (W&D) office at the Population Welfare Department, NICL Building, 11th Floor, Abbasi Shaheed Road, Karachi before bid opening. The tender issuance starts on 21st July 2026 and closes on 5th August 2026 at 11:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 5th August 2026 at 11:30 PM in the presence of bidders’ representatives. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as per SPP Rules 2010 (amended 2019). Bidders should ensure all documents are uploaded correctly on EPADS to avoid disqualification.
