Tender Description
The Urban Unit in Lahore is inviting bids for the procurement of IT hardware including servers, network storage, and UPS systems. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and requires bidders to be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System with relevant authorities including FBR and GST departments.
Items being procured:
- Mid-Range Server (Quantity: 02)
- Network Attached Storage (NAS) (Quantity: 05)
- 2KVA UPS
The procurement will follow a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The estimated costs for the items are PKR 71,567,774 for servers, PKR 24,979,550 for NAS, and PKR 490,000 for UPS units. Bid security amounts are 5% for servers and UPS, and 3% for NAS.
