Supply of Grass Landscaping and Plantation at PAS Campus Academy Lahore

The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites e-BIDS from well reputed nurseries with relevant experience and registration with tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax where applicable. The procurement is for the supply of plants specifically for grass landscaping and plantation at PAS Campus Academy Lahore. Items being procured: - Supply of Grass Landscaping and Plantation at PAS Campus Academy (detailed specifications as per bidding documents). The procurement will be conducted through an open competitive bidding process on a lot-wise basis via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). The successful bidder will be required to supply the items at the site of Horticulture Agency Lahore head office within the stipulated time period mentioned in the purchase order. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened as per PPRA rules. The procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage – two Envelope Procedure. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities and submission of earnest money (Bid Security) of Rs. 117,778. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Guarantee/Security up to 10% of the work order amount in the form of a CDR in favor of the Managing Director, Horticulture Agency Lahore if the bid is quoted more than 5% below the estimated amount. This security will be released after successful completion of work; otherwise, it will be forfeited.
