Supply of Healthcare Services by School Education Department GoB

The School Education Department Government of Balochistan invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Healthcare Services in Quetta. Items being procured: - Healthcare Services (Total Item(s) Count: 1) Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders includes assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 7 Million each in previous 5 years, accumulated turnover of at least PKR 6 Million in 3 subsequent previous years, presence in Active Tax Payer List, and BRA Registration Certificate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, must be legally registered, and active for at least fifteen years. Proven geographic presence in Balochistan with at least one relevant assignment supporting provincial or national government in development, review, advancement, or implementation of strategic frameworks, sector plans, policy dialogue, or reform processes through legislative bodies or equivalent high-level government bodies is required. The procurement procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security of 2% must accompany bids in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
