Tender Description
Sealed quotations are invited for the supply of various items for the Public Sector Heavy Engineering Industry. The procurement includes a range of specialized equipment and services essential for heavy engineering operations.
Items being procured:
- Installation (Fabrication + Welding Services) (Tender OT-3300)
- Resistance Heat Treatment Units (Tender OT-3301)
- Heavy Duty Water Cooled Pulsed GMAW Welding Machines With Water Cooler Unit (Tender OT-3302)
- Portable Water Cooled GTAW / Tig Welding Machines (Tender OT-3303)
- Oil Filters Elements / Cartridges (Tender OT-3304)
- Twist Drills (Tender OT-3305)
- Replacement of Fire Hydrant System (Tender OT-3306)
- G.I Fittings & Gas Regulators (Tender OT-3307)
- Installation Of Polyethylene Pipe (Tender OT-3308)
- Ingress Protection Test Equipment (Tender OT-3309)

The scope covers supply and installation of welding machines, heat treatment units, fire hydrant system replacement, and various mechanical and piping components. These items are critical for maintaining and upgrading heavy engineering infrastructure.
Tender documents with specifications and terms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on written request Monday to Friday upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000 each in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Tender Fee Fund. No tender documents will be accepted on the date of opening.
Quotations must be accompanied by 2% Earnest Money in the form of CDR and should reach the Director (Procurement) by 10:00 Hrs a day before the opening date. Bids will be opened publicly at 10:30 Hrs on the due date. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids ensuring compliance with all requirements. Timely submission and proper earnest money are crucial to avoid disqualification.
