Supply of Hematology Analyzer for Laboratory at Cantonment Board Peshawar

Cantonment Board Peshawar invites electronic bids from well reputed firms, suppliers, and manufacturers registered with income Tax and Sales Tax departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the provision of the following item: Items being procured: - Hematology Analyzer for Laboratory (Qty: 01) The financial bidding will be conducted online through the PPRA EPAD system. Tender form and sealed bids must be submitted through the website of PPRA EPADs. All bidders are required to have valid GST, NTN & STRN. The bidder shall submit through Courier/Contractor Representative 5% bid security bank guarantee endorsed in shape of call deposit (Original) from scheduled bank before closing date and time. The tender shall be cast in electronically on 06 Nov 2026 up to 1100 hours and shall be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who like to be present. Conditions: - Cantonment Board Peshawar reserves the right to demand the analysis of the quoted rates from the concerned bidder, to check their reasonability and workability. - The quoted rates shall be valid till the completion of work and in any case no escalation shall be admissible on any pretext. - All Govt. taxes shall be deducted from the bill as per rules. - Cantonment Board Peshawar shall not supply any kind of material and machinery to the contractors. - Cantonment Executive Officer/Cantonment Board reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders (prior to approval) as per rule 33 (1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
