Supply of Lab Kit, Regents Chemical and Consumable Items

The Postgraduate Medical Institute/Ameer-Ud-Din Medical College Lahore invites E-Bids from original manufacturers or sole distributors of foreign or local manufacturers/distributors for the supply of lab kits, regents chemical and consumable items. The procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Items being procured: - Lab Kit - Regents Chemical - Consumable Items Bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments/authorities. The bidding documents are available free of cost from the e-Procurement portal of the Postgraduate Medical Institute/Ameer-Ud-Din Medical College Lahore and can also be downloaded from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://eprocurement.gov.pk. The bidding follows a single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA 2024. E-bids must be submitted online on or before 09-11-2026 at 11:00 AM via the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-Procurement) portal. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who may attend at the given address. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the estimated amount in the form of CDR or bank guarantee. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next day will be treated as the closing date. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Purchase Department PGMI/AMC during office hours 08:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday to Saturday at the address below. The procuring agency is not responsible for any failure due to technical errors or internet failure during bid submission.
