Supply of Hook & Line Kit to Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of a Hook & Line Kit to the Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules. Items being procured: - Hook & Line Kit (20 Nos) The delivery period for the supply is 12 months. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including photocopy of registration certificate issued by Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP), attested copy of registration certificate issued by Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, proof of Go down, financial capability undertaking, attested bank statement for last one year, attested CNIC of MD, certificate of non-default and non-blacklisting by any government organization, details of work experience with government or semi-government organizations, details of property/assets, and for non-manufacturing firms, proof or certificate of manufacturing or verifiable certificate of original manufacturer or agency agreement. Original Challan Form No. 32-A for Rs 2000/- for registered firms and Rs 2000 for unregistered firms must be deposited into Government Treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. All firms, whether registered or unregistered, must provide a bid security of 5% (upper limit Rs 1.000 million) along with their offer. The validity of the offer is 120 days from the date of opening of the commercial offer. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of signing the contract.
