Supply of HP Toners, Cartridges, Image Drums and Kits for Printers

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore invites tenders from firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax (if applicable) and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP). This procurement is for various HP printer consumables and maintenance kits required by the Board located at 86 - Mozang Road, Lahore. Items being procured: - Toner 25X (Black) for HP Laser Jet M806dn Printers (CF325X), 108 Nos. - Toner 93A for HP Laser Jet Printer (CZ192A), 1 No. - Toner 151A for HP Laser Jet Printer (W1150A), 3 Nos. - Maintenance Kit 220v for HP M806dn LJ Printers (C2H57A), 24 Nos. - Black Toner Cartridge CF310A for HP 826 A Black Laser, 15 Nos. - Black Laser Imaging Drum CF358A for HP 828 A, 10 Nos. The technical scope includes supply of genuine HP toners, cartridges, image drums, and maintenance kits compatible with specified HP Laser Jet printer models. The materials must meet the detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents available on the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA website. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per rule 38 (2)(a) of PPR-2014. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with relevant tax authorities and Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid Security of 5% of the estimated price amounting to Rs. 1,230,940/- is mandatory. A performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount will also be required.
